WHEN WILL MY ORDER PROCESS?

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment. If you see any 'transaction' listed on your statement prior to shipment this is a pre-authorization hold to ensure the funds will be available at time of shipment. For orders containing both in stock and pre-order/backorder items, there will be a transaction at the time of both shipments; applicable shipping charges for both shipments will be applied to the inital shipment of in stock items.
DELIVERY POLICY
Shipping & Handling charges will not be refunded, and a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the total order amount prior to crediting back to account for refused shipments.
All Shipping & Handling charges shown are estimates and are subject to change. First Gear has the right to adjust amounts due to fluctuating market conditions at time of shipment. Please contact us if you have specific shipping instructions. Additional fees (i.e. duties, taxes, etc.) may apply to orders shipping outside of the continental United States and are the responsibility of the customer. First Gear has the right to further define details.
